We have over twenty years of experience in the digital printing sector for the production of photo-ceramics, photo-crystals and photo-steels, our equipment is continuously at the forefront and we always have the desire and desire to do better, almost as if it were a daily nagging.
How we work
Thanks to the use of these raw materials together with over twenty years of experience, we guarantee our customers the inalterability of our products over time, to atmospheric agents, to U.V rays and to any temperature range.
The files first acquired, are inserted into a software system, exclusive to CeramicArte, used to track the order, then they are subsequently processed in Photoshop according to photographic requests.
Subjected to a first check, the photos pass to the next phase those of printing on transfer paper with ceramic toners, and after having been serigraphically treated with specific fluxes, the decals are obtained to be transferred on a porcelain or glass or steel support. .
Firing in ovens at 900 ° C for porcelain, at 730 ° C for enamelled steel and at 600 ° C for crystal, guarantee the fusion in a single piece between the support and the decal. In this way the colors are made unalterable to any chemical and / or physical stress because they penetrate the porcelain and are covered and protected by the enamel of the support, thus guaranteeing an unlimited resistance over time.
